How to use:
wash your feet and remove the water completely–> take out the mask and cut it with scissors –> wear the foot mask and fix ankle part with the sticker included, take off after 30-40 minutes –> wash foot clean with warm water.

Tips:
wearing sleeping socks on top of the foot mask makes effects better.
